A steel door frame machine is an automated device specifically designed for the cold-bending production of steel door frames. It utilizes a series of precisely designed rollers to progressively bend flat metal coils (such as cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, or color-coated steel) into the desired door frame cross-sectional shape without the need for high-temperature heating, thus avoiding damage to material properties. Unlike traditional stamping or bending processes, this machine enables continuous automated production and is suitable for the large-scale production of standard and custom steel door frames in residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

The main technical specifications of the door frame roll forming machine

Shaft material is high quality C45 steel, tempering treatment, fine processing. The shaft diameter is 70mm.

Roller material is high quality C45 steel, CNC fine processing, with hard chorming. Chrome thickness up to 0.05mm.

Machine structure: medium steel plate welded, thickness is 20mm.

Machine basic frame: 350H beam welded, with cross beam and diagonal beam.

Feeding part is horizontal pillar structure, with 2 sets pinch rollers, all the rollers and pillars are smooth and turnable. Feeding table surface is smooth, all these design ensure steel sheet feed into roll forming machine smoothly, without scratching the sheet surface painting

There are some side rollers to assist forming the door frame, make the door frame profile is very good.
