1. Double head decoiler

• Core shaft expand and shrink: hydraulic type
• Decoiling passivly, driven by roll forming machine
• Usage: to support the coil and make the uncoiling 
• 180° rotary, electric motor power 0.75KW
• Hydraulic station motor power: 3KW
• Loading capacity: 3 tons + 3tons

2. Main roll forming machine

• Rolling shaft: Material 45#, Shaft diameter 50mm;
• Tempering treatment to prevent deformed and improve hardness
• Roller: Cr12, quenched, HRC 58-62; Chromed treatment, improve hardness, prevent abraision, anti corrosion increase of service life
• Roller station: 14 station
• Machine structure: Cast iron arch structure
• Machine basic frame: Square tube and steel plate welded, cover plate with fine processing through milling machine

3. Punching units

4. Cutting

• Work type: Hydraulic fly cutting (when cutting, forming machine don’t stop producing, that’s why machine can work with high speed)

5. Automatic stacker and strapping machine

• Fully automatic PP packaging tape machine, with high precision and good stability.
• The belt is made of anti-slip material.
• The push cylinder is equipped with a rubber-covered soft tip, which effectively prevents the products from being scratched.
• Servo gear-rack transmission, suitable for high-speed and long displacement
• The filler material is wrapped with soft rubber to prevent the products from being damaged.
• The frame are all made of heavy-duty channels.
• The pallet for stacking is made by bending and is not welded. It will not come apart or break.
• The base is stable, making it convenient for the forklift to operate.
• The drag chains are all made of heavy-duty ones, which ensure greater stability during long-term operation.
