This is CZ purlin automatic changing size roll forming machine, one machine can produce C profile and Z profile. Changing size automatically, controlled by computer and electric buttons. From C profile to Z profile, there are two operation ways to choose.( Turn over rollers 180 degree by manual, or changed through PLC control panel). This CZ purlin roll former with intelligent software, it can be operated and maintained remotely; fast import order settings by U disk; also can scan the QR code log in through whatsapp or wechat.

The main component of CZ profile roll forming machine includes decoiler, leveling and punching machine, main roll forming machine, cutting machine, automatic stacker.

1. hydraulic decoiler

capacity: 5 tons

coil inner diameter: 470-520mm

coil width: max 600mm

mandrel expand and shrink controlled by hydraulic motor, power 2.2KW;

decoiler driven by electric motor, power 4KW

2. Feeding device and leveling machine

feeding rollers: 1 set
guiding rollers: 2 sets
leveling rollers: up 3 + down 4, total 7 rollers

with one clutch, control steel strip feeding into leveling rollers actively, after steel strip feeding into

3. Pre punching and cutting machine

Punching unit: 3 set, 1 unit punching single hole, 2 unit punch double holes
Punching needle and die material: Cr12MoV
Equip with 1 set hydraulic pre cutter: cut the steel plate before forming CZ purlin
Cutting blade material: Cr12MovV, HRC 58-62

4. Main CZ channel roll forming machine

• Forming stand: 20 rolling stands, including 1 rolling stand for flange side 87°-95°adjustment, Including 12 groups CZ interchangeable units, turn over 180° can finish changing from C to Z.
• Shaft material: 40Cr, diameter φ90mm/φ75mm

7. Automatic stacker

• This is an automatic stacker, used to receiving the purlin after cut off, this machine have motor
  conveyor, after the purlin cut off, it will send to the electromagnet part and do the stacking.
• Structure: welded by metal beam
  Suit purlin length: 12m
