This roller shutter door machine we made for an Algerian client. The raw material is galvanized steel, thickness of 0.8mm to 1.1mm. The profile drawing is shown below:

• The shaft material is high-quality C45 steel, with tempering treatment. The shaft diameter is 60mm.
• The roller material is GCr15 steel or Cr12 steel, quenched treatment, HRC 58-62, with hard chromed.
• There are 14 rolling stations; the machine structure is a cast-iron arch structure.
• Transmission by chains.
• Main driven motor reducer power 7.5KW.
• Fly cutting, driven by a servo motor, power 2.3KW.
• The hydraulic pump motor power is 5.5KW.
