2. Feeding device, punching device, and servo feeder

3. Pre-cutter
There is a pre-cutter at the beginning of the roll forming machine. It is used to cut the steel strips before forming the shape. Avoid steel strip waste. The cutter blade material is high quality Cr12 steel with quenched treatment.


4. Rhombic tube fence post machine
The machine structure is a cast steel arch frame, transmission by gearbox. This design ensures the fence post machine run stablely. There are horizontal rollers, vertical rollers, and 45-degree inclined cone rollers. The final tube profile is very good. The roller material is Cr12 quenched steel, hardness HRC58-62. The shaft material is high-quality C45 steel. The shaft diameter is 60mm.

5. Post cutter
It is a hydraulic post cutter; the cutter blade material is Cr12 steel with quenched treatment. There is no shape deformation when cutting.
