The T grid is used for the ceiling system. Normally, it is combined with the Main T bar and the cross T bar.

The main T bar dimension is 32x24mm or 36x24mm, and the length is 3600mm or 3660mm. The cross T bar dimension is 26x24mm, length is 600mm, 610mm, or 1200mm,1220mm. We customise the machine according to the client's profile drawing.

Now we introduce the main T grid machine. The main component of this main T bar roll forming machine includes 2 sets of manual uncoilers, 1 set of roll forming machine, 1 set of punching machine ( total 10 punching moulds), 1 set of hydraulic station, and 1 set of runout table.

1. Two sets of manual decoilers

One decoiler is used to support the white colour steel, and another decoiler is used to support the galvanised steel strips.

2. Main T grid Roll forming machine

rolling stations: 21 rolling stations

Shaft material is high-quality C45 steel, with tempering treatment. The shaft diameter is 50mm.

Roller material is Cr12 steel, with quenched treatment, and final do hard chroming treatment.

Main motor power: 4KW +4KW

Machine basic frame: steel plate welded, the cover plate with a grantry milling machine processing.

Machine structure: cast steel arch frame, which is very thick and stable.

3. The punching machine

There are a total of 10 punching moulds. The first mould and the last mould are used to punch the end and cut the T grid. The middle punching moulds are used to punch the texture and connection holes.

The punching mould material is SKD11. We keep all the design drawings in stock, even after many years, and we can design the spare parts if clients need them.
