The AG Panel Tuff Rib Roll Forming Machine (36-inch effective coverage) is professional cold-roll forming equipment designed to produce the classic "Tuff Rib" style AG metal roofing panel—an exposed-fastener profile widely popular in America, agricultural, post-frame, and commercial construction projects. The finished panel features an effective coverage width of 36 inches, 0.75-inch high ribs spaced 9 inches on-center, and an integrated anti-siphon groove to ensure superior weather-tightness.

This fully automated production line continuously processes pre-painted steel coils (PPGI/PPGL), galvanized steel coils, and aluminum coils into standardized AG roofing panels. The entire process—from coil feeding and progressive roll forming to hydraulic cut-to-length shearing—operates automatically under PLC control. Combining stable output, precise dimensional tolerances, and low maintenance costs, this machine is an ideal choice for metal panel manufacturers serving the US and Canadian markets.

2. Feeding device

feeding part is horizontal pillar structure, with 2 sets pinch rollers, all the rollers and pillars are smooth and turnable. Feeding table surface is smooth, all these design ensure steel sheet feed into roll forming machine smoothly, without scratching the sheet surface painting.
