The machine features a robust, integrated welded base made of thick-walled square steel tubing and is finished with a blue anti-corrosion coating. It is equipped with a heavy-duty hydraulic cutting assembly, multiple precision forming rollers, and a fully automated PLC control system, enabling continuous mass production. It is perfectly suited for processing the 0.3–0.6mm thick color-coated steel coils common in Ecuador. Both the equipment's stability and the tile profile dimensions have been field-verified in the local market, and the machines are exported in batches to building material processing plants across Ecuador.
