This equipment is a specialized slitting machine that processes steel coil into desired widths through high-speed precision slitting. The main working unit consists of four main mechanisms: an uncoiler, a precision circular blade block, a plate tension generating station, and a recoiler. These are supplemented by a material transporter, a clamping mechanism, a plate head shear/splitting shear, buffering, guiding, scrap winding, and discharge devices.
This Steel Coil Slitting machine feeding, slitting, and rewinding functions are automatically coordinated during operation, preventing any stretching of the sheet metal, thus preventing deformation of the coils. Furthermore, the sheet metal is in a free-cutting state during slitting, preventing shear deviation. The tension generator generates balanced, adjustable tension between the belts, ensuring the required tension for different sheet metal rewinds and effectively maintaining the relative tightness of each coil. The equipment features a fixed-length cut-to-length function. When the slitting reaches the preset length or reaches the end of the material, the machine automatically slows down and stops until the speed reaches zero. Shearing can then be performed automatically or manually by pressing a button.

Coil cart introduction:
- Purpose and Structure: Used to load the uncoiler, transporting coils from the storage table to the uncoiler's reel. The trolley's travel is controlled by a hydraulic motor, while its lifting is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder.
- Lifting Mechanism: A hydraulic cylinder and four sliding guide columns provide the lifting power, which drives the V-shaped coiling platform up and down, enabling the coil loading and unloading functions.
- Travel Mechanism: A hydraulic motor and parallel guide rails provide the driving power, enabling the trolley to move horizontally along the uncoiler's main shaft. Limit stops are located at each end of the rails to prevent the trolley from derailing.

- Structure and Application: This equipment is used to clamp and unwind steel coils, achieving tension-based unwinding. It consists of a frame, a mandrel, a transmission system, an expansion and contraction system, a pressure system, a tension system, a lubrication system, and a hydraulic system.
- Transmission System: A DC motor drives the uncoiler's main mandrel, enabling active unwinding.
- Expansion and Contraction System: An expansion and contraction cylinder provides tension, causing the slide on the main shaft to move and slide. The wedge-shaped slider and the slide move, expanding and contracting the reel.

2. Side guide device
Structure and Application: Used for positioning the plate widthwise to prevent deviation. Vertical rollers are mounted on either side of the plate width, secured to their respective slides. Screw-actuated slides move along guide rails along the plate width to accommodate varying plate widths. The vertical rollers are hardened and chrome-plated to increase surface hardness and prevent mechanical wear.

3. Slitting machine
Structure and Application: This slitting machine features a movable secondary arch. The slitting is driven by a single AC motor, which transmits power through a gearbox and universal coupling to the upper and lower blade shafts. The slitting machine cuts coils longitudinally into various widths. By replacing modular spacers, the width of the finished product can be flexibly adjusted. The blade shafts are fixed on the lower shaft, while the upper shaft is adjusted using a motor and worm gear for synchronized blade spacing, allowing for precise control of the gap between the upper and lower shafts. Nuts are used to secure the upper and lower blade shafts, and blade protection sleeves are installed at the ends of each shaft. The side-opening arch allows for easy blade replacement.

4. Pre-separation rack and Tension stand
- Structure and Application: This tensioner applies pressure to ordinary steel plates, creating coiling tension and facilitating sheet tightening. The pressing slide is raised and lowered by a hydraulic cylinder, with adjustable tension. The press foot features serrated design, making the felt easy to insert and replace and clean. The ideal pressing force can be achieved by adjusting the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder, ensuring optimal performance.
- This tensioner facilitates the separation of large coils into smaller ones and the feeding of stock from the looper pool to the coiler.

5. Hydraulic recoiler with a coil cart
- Structure and Application: This equipment is used to rewind slit strips. It consists of a frame, a reel, a transmission system, an expansion and contraction system, a braking system, a lubrication system, and a hydraulic system.
- Transmission System: A motor drives the coiler's main shaft. Expansion and Contraction System: An expansion and contraction cylinder provides tension, causing the slide on the main shaft to move and slide. This wedge-shaped slider and the slide move, expanding and contracting the reel.

6. Hydraulic system of the steel coil slitting line
Composition and purpose: Controls the action of the hydraulic part of the entire production line. It adopts centralized control and the system consists of a hydraulic station, multiple valve stacks and several pipelines. It mainly includes oil tank, oil pump motor unit, hydraulic valve stack, hydraulic pipeline, etc.
