This step tile roof roll forming machine is newly finished for a Kazakhstan Client. This client came to visit our factory in April 2025. He was amazed by our step tile machine. Pay cash as a deposit for a total of 4 sets of machines. Why does he pay cash directly? Because there are 2 sets of similar glazed tile machines in our workshop, the client likes both machines very much. He wants to order the same machine with good quality.

Compared with the traditional glazed tile roll forming machine, this is a new design, mainly featuring the display as shown below:

2. Double chain transmission, we use the entire chain with some tensioners. It is easy to perform further maintenance on the metal sheet step tile forming machine.
3. The press mechanism and cutter installed on the machine are very close. The cutter remains open during the press mechanism’s working. The roofing sheet will not touch the cutter, and it will not be scratched. After the cutter has cut every time, the sheet will return to the mechanism and press the first step. That’s why the first step could be only 20mm or 25mm.
4. The press mechanism and the cutter with a set of lubrication systems. This design ensures the step tile roofing machine works stably and durably. The oil tubes we used are cast steel tubes, they are standard size tubes, and it is very easy to change to a new one in the future.
About the electrical system, now we have two choices. One is Detal brand PLC, inverter, touch screen. The other choice is the Siemens PLC, inverter, and touch screen.
