This is a high-frequency welding pipe-making machine; One machine can produce round steel pipes, square steel tubes, and rectangular steel tubes. Raw material could be a galvanized steel strip or a black steel strip. That is to say, this ERW steel pipe mill can produce black steel pipe and galvanized steel pipe.
We customize the ERW welding pipe mill according to the client’s request for pipe size.
This Solid high-frequency welding pipe mill, the main parts, including a double-head uncoiler, butt welder,
accumulator, pipe forming machine, solid high-frequency welder, pipe sizing machine, cutting machine, and runout table.
- Pneumatic double-head uncoiler, which can turn over 180 degrees, ensures steel strip feed into the accumulator alternatively.
2. Butter welder
Shearing and butt-welder, which ensure double steel tidily, and then welding and leveling the weld seam, and supplying strips for the accumulator.
3. Squirrel cage type accumulator
This squirrel cage-type accumulator is better for small steel strips; some clients think the spiral accumulator is very good. In fact, for small steel pipes and thin-thickness steel pipes, this squirrel cage type accumulator is the best choice. It will not damage the thin-thickness steel strips.
4. ERW steel pipe forming machine
This part is used to make flat steel strips into round steel pipes. It decides the welding seam position, then the high-frequency welder welds the seam. The power transmission from the universal transmission joint to the horizontal roll stands.
5. Guiding and extruding, and a scraper
One set of guide rolls stands for controlling the direction of the pipe seam to ensure the pipe seam straightly enters into extruding rollers. One set of extruding rolls stands for controlling the weld seam to realize successful welding. Two sets of scraper frames for scraping the outside weld seam
6. Cooling tank
This part is used to cool down the steel pipe.
7. Sizing machine
This part is used to make a round pipe into a square tube, or to make a round pipe more accurate.
8. This is a computer-cutting saw, which cuts the steel pipe into a fixed length （ Client can also choose a cold cutting saw if the budget is enough）
